Notice for package receipt

Package return

1. If your package is returned due to domestic safety failure, we will contact you for confirmation and resend it free of charge.

2. If your package has been sent abroad, but it is returned due to "international safety failure", "no signature", "unknown address", "unable to deliver", etc., you need to bear the re-delivery fee.

3. After the package arrives at the foreign customs, it needs to go through customs clearance. The customs inspection of the package is mainly based on random inspection. If the customs believes that your package items are special, it is likely that the recipient will be asked to provide an invoice or customs clearance certificate. Due to the unclear address of the recipient or the inability to contact, the logistics returns the package, and the relevant customs fees incurred by the destruction shall be paid by the recipient.


Confiscated goods

We will verify the material and category of the goods, but we cannot identify genuine, fake, or imitation brands, which involves intellectual property rights. For all foreign brands, imitation brands, A products, etc., we cannot help you purchase, nor are we responsible for customs clearance. If your items are judged as imitation brands, fakes, sensitive items and the package is confiscated, you need to bear the responsibility.

Signature Notice

1. Whether there are obvious differences in the goods before signing.

2. Whether the package is obviously damaged or damaged, the recipient should check the package in front of the postman and sign or refuse to accept it.

3. If the package is not signed in front of the postman and the package is damaged or broken, please keep the original packaging (and seal it). You need to provide us with invoices, actual photos and other relevant evidence within 2 working days after delivery, and we will negotiate compensation with the local post office.

4. Normal signing marks the end of the entire delivery process. After normal signing, we are not responsible in any case.

5. After the package is signed, if there are any problems, please feedback to customer service within 72 hours. Sorry, if it exceeds 72 hours, we will not be able to handle your case.


Exemption clause

1. Fragile and vulnerable goods, whether or not they need to be reinforced, only involve loss claims, not damage claims.

2. The claim does not involve dangerous goods or prohibited goods (for example, compressed gas, liquefied gas, flammable liquids, corrosive substances and other prohibited goods in other countries)

3. Losses or expenses caused by natural loss, defects, characteristics, price fluctuations of goods are not within the scope of claims.

4. All or part of the losses caused by natural disasters such as bad weather, lightning strikes, tsunamis, earthquakes, floods, etc. during transportation.

5. If the product expires, loses warranty or is delayed due to uncontrollable factors such as weather and customs clearance, no compensation will be made.

6. If your package fails to be delivered within the time limit promised by the package forwarding logistics due to your refusal to cooperate with customs (including but not limited to paying customs duties), please note that all losses or liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne by you, and the package forwarding logistics shall not bear any responsibility.

Why is the tracking information not updated after the package is shipped?

1. No tracking update after the package is sent

The first tracking information of some routes will be updated about 3 days after the package is sent, please wait patiently.

2. After the first tracking display, there will be no next update

For some routes, the first receipt scan tracking will be updated after the package is delivered, and the next update will be available after the courier picks up and scans the package. The update time varies from 3 to 10 days depending on the route, please wait patiently.
